We recently helped a neighbor with junk removal in Moraga who reached out with a specific request. They needed a BBQ grill, a coffee table, and a pile of yard waste removed, but it had to be done specifically on a Friday morning to fit their schedule.

At Free-of-Junk, we know your time is valuable. I made sure to arrive right on time Friday morning to get to work.

Going the Extra Mile: While we were loading, the owner mentioned he had a few extra yard trimmings that didn’t quite make the original list. After taking a look and seeing it wasn’t a huge amount, I told him, “No problem, we’ll take care of those extra trimmings at no extra charge.”

The Result: The customer was thrilled! He even jumped in to help toss the last few trimmings into the truck. It’s always a great day when we can leave a property looking clean and a customer feeling happy. He even surprised me with a $10 tip for the extra effort!
